From Application to Reimbursement—We’ve Got Your Six.

Hello! I am Brandon Georges Owner and Operator of GEORGES GRANT MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING, PRIVATE PROCESS SERVER LLC.

Securing Your Funding, Simplifying Your Process

Hinged in the professional world of grant writing, project management, consulting, and private process services. I am a five (5) year veteran of law enforcement. I currently serve as the Assistant Chief/Detective of Humansville Police Department.

I am dedicated to ensuring your agency remains compliant, verified, and has access to grants, tools, processes, policies, and the projects that go with. I can completely write the grant for you, or assist with wording. I will manage the implementation, and plan, meeting vendors, quote retrival, and then on the back end providing follow up policies, and following up on the grant process including reimbrusement requests. I base my fees off of the grant funding amount, research, and other factors come into play with my contracted price.

I provide all services via quote, and contract. Once a signed contract is received I will work hard to ensure that your agency receives the attention it deserves.

My services

Grant writing

I will write after spending time meeting with you and your command staff. I will ensure that I understand what the agency wants out of the grant, and be within the proper guidelines. I will take that information begin research into those solutions, reach out to vendors, obtain quotes, meet with you, then determine the best vendor selection. I will provide you with honest, fair feedback

Grant Budgeting

You don’t have to worry about a thing; when it comes to budgeting, upon contract approval you will provide me with the project, your wants, and needs, and I will take care of the rest. When it comes down to being fiscally responsible I will manage your money and ensure that the grant budget is transparent for your knowledge. I will make sure that the budget is maintained, items ordered, and properly invoiced and paid, I will ensure that the items are inventoried and prepared. In addition I will do the delivery/after purchase paperwork.

I will manage from Pre-Award, research, vendor selection, implementation, accounting, and final review of the grant funding process.

Implementation Project Management

Once you provide me with your vision, you can go hands off. I will manage the entire project. While we are in the planning phase we will meet a couple times a month to go over vendors, quotes, and other information that is needed. This will be the research vetting and pre awards phase.

Approval: you will approve the quotes, equipment, software, etc.. once you give it your approval I will work on creating and managing the proposal through the WebGrants/paperwork side of things. This allows you to focus on your side of law enforcement, protecting the public, you can rest easy knowing that I am highly skilled at documentation, writing, and ensuring the proper compliance is in place for your grant.

Grant Writing: we will meet approximately 1-2 times per month. During this phase I will discuss the next steps in the process going forward. Once the project aligns with what you and your agencies vision is, I will submit and follow the grant.

Grant funding: upon approval and release of the funds, I will finish the grant process by obtaining the vendors (required to get signatures) , receiving the equipment, delivering said equipment, and the implementation of that equipment. This is where my project management experience in the grant process will come in handy. I will handle any issues and manage the project for you so that you can focus on your agencies mission. I will take care of the issues as they arise while meeting with you to let you know about any issues. email and communication is paramount in this phase to ensure you know when and if vendors will be on scene. we will meet a couple times per month during this time.

Project Management: I will manage the aspects of the implementation of new eqpment including installation, pickup or the like. You will be contacted and kept in the loop when items are received inventoried, and held. I will ensure timely delivery and implementation of systems as needed and work with any other internal vendors/stakeholders needed.

Project completion: Once the project is completed you will have additional steps to do in the grant process, this includes project synopsis reports, verification of items, invetory identification, and compiling that information into the grant closure. This can be done efficently and without you having to become involved due to my contract. I will ensure that the agency complies with delivery project reporting.

Why I do this:

I do this because I see a need for agencies to have a dedicated specific individual to work on and manage grants. Prior to this Chiefs, Sheriff’s, Undersheriff’s, Chief Deputies would be required to do this.

You need to focus on the administration of your agency, therefore I am here to help you with obtaining the services, equipment, and help you reach the goals of your agency. That is why my motto is

From Application to Reimbursement—We’ve Got Your Six.

Our partnership

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

My pricing

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Let’s get started on your healing journey

Be clear, be confident, and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. The latter will take care of itself. It always does.
